That’s why I created The Care Compass Quiz and my offerings to help women like you break free from the cycles self-abandonment, emotional overwhelm, and burnout that keep you stuck and bring you back home to yourself.

My own healing wasn’t about doing more it was about unlearning, softening, and finally creating space to listen to what I truly needed. And now, with over 20 years of experience in psychology and social work, I’m here to support you in doing the same.
