The Pause
A Restorative Gathering for Women Who Hold So Much.
Nurture. Recenter. Receive
Saturday, June 7th, 2025
11:00am-3:00pm
Conestogo, Ontario
A Quiet Return to You
This is not a retreat. It’s a return.
You don’t need to be more ready, more rested, or more “together.”
Just bring the version of you that’s quietly craving space.
She’s more than welcome here.
The Pause is a thoughtfully curated, small group experience grounded in mind, body, and soul restoration.
Imagine stepping in a space where you don’t have to wear a strong face.
You won’t have to apologize for needing something for yourself.
Every unspoken need is already understood.
You’ll receive not just space, but meaningful attention that welcomes all of you— the quiet parts, the stretched-thin parts, the parts ready to soften.
You’ll move through gentle reflection, embodied grounding practices, and soulful inquiry, all designed to help you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel lasting, not fleeting.
The experience is shaped by an archetype-based approach that honors the patterns women carry when they’ve spent years prioritizing others. Through this lens, you’ll gain compassionate insight into why it’s been difficult to tend to your own needs — and how to begin shifting those patterns in real, sustainable ways.
Nurture
You’ll gain practical tools and gentle practices that nurture your ability to continue caring for yourself long after the gathering — when the noise returns and responsibilities pile up— so restoration becomes sustainable, not a rare moment.
Recenter
A chance to clear mental and emotional overwhelm and reclaim calm and clarity. Here, you’ll slow the pace, release what you’ve been holding, and begin to restore your inner steadiness — helping you recenter in ways that feel grounding, helping you navigate life without losing yourself.
Receive
An experience of being supported, understood and cared for— not as something to earn, but as something you’re simply allowed to receive.
Quietly carries the weight of responsibilities, emotions, and care for others
Often feels stretched thin but finds it hard to ask for time or support
Knows it’s time to tend to her own needs — even if it feels unfamiliar
Longs for a space where she can soften, be understood, and feel restored
Is ready to explore a new way of caring for herself without guilt or apology

-
Guided, open conversation where shared experiences and quiet truths are welcomed.
Together, we’ll reflect on why the self-care we’ve been sold often doesn’t meet our deeper needs and begin to reimagine what real care looks like for women who carry so much.
-
We’ll gently explore the five Care Compass Archetypes (The Devoted Over-Giver, The Consummate Rescuer, The Perpetual Doer, The Overwhelmed Deep Feeler, and The Silent Struggler) and how they reveal the patterns and beliefs that often keep women stuck in cycles of self-abandonment, guilt, and doubt.
Note: If you haven’t yet discovered your Care Compass Archetype, you can take the quiz here before the gathering: Take Quiz Here
-
Throughout the gathering, you’ll be guided through a variety of gentle practices designed to support reflection, release, and restoration.
These may include body-based awareness, meditation, compassionate inquiry, journaling, and other resourcing tools to help you reconnect with your needs and rebuild a sense of steadiness and ease.
-
We’ll gather the insights and shifts that surfaced throughout the day, and you’ll leave with your very own mini care toolbox — simple, meaningful practices to carry with you into summer.
To close, we’ll share a soulful group ritual and an oracle card reading, offering guidance and clarity as you move into the next season of your care journey.
Light, nourishing snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Tend to the parts of yourself that often get overlooked when life asks too much.
If your heart is quietly saying yes, now is the time to reserve your spot.

Your Guide
I’m Michelle Peña, Holistic Transformational Coach, Author, and steadfast advocate for women’s inner worlds!
I hold space for women who hold so much.
I created The Pause because I’ve witnessed — in my clients, my circles, and my own life — how deeply women need more than a break. They need sustainable, meaningful restoration.
Not surface level solutions. Not quick fixes. Real care.
My approach weaves together mind, body, and soul practices, drawing from years of experience in somatic healing, psychology, energy healing, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy.
I’ll gently guide you through this experience — not just with proven tools and practices, but through a deep connection with spirit, inner wisdom, and a way of listening that honors both what’s spoken and what remains unspoken.
I look forward to meeting you!
